I've created thousands of comic book storytelling pages, and I love the medium and its fascinating complexity. The entire panoply of narrative skills can be expressed in this art form--words, imagery, symbols, timing and sequence, staging, distortion, realism, caricature, imagination or literal documentation--and any combination of the above! As an art medium it is still in its youth, but its potential is limitless.
